Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as in special reports throughout the year that rank the top franchises in specific sectors.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was among more than 250 brands, representing over 6,600 multi-unit franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including financial opportunity, leadership, training & support, operations and product development, core values (honesty and integrity of franchisor), general satisfaction, and and the franchisee community.
“We have multiple ways to become a multi-unit franchisee,” said Franchise Compliance Director Pam Batten. “So many of our franchisees started with one franchise and have grown their businesses over the years while giving opportunities to their employees. They’re also proud to move their employees’ careers forward by partnering with them to add franchises. The opportunities are also there to start with multiple units up front and continue to grow either that area or expand to additional areas of the country.”
“There are many factors to consider when investing in any franchise: business model profitability, growth opportunity, long-term industry trends, brand innovation, company culture, training and ongoing support, and more,” says Michelle Rowan, President & COO of Franchise Business Review. “And especially when you are looking to commit to being a multi-unit franchise owner, all of these factors become even more important. The companies identified on our list excel in these areas according to their franchisees.”
