One of the strengths that sets TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® apart from other franchise brands is the level of support provided to both new and existing business owners. The corporate office employs subject matter experts in all fields to assist franchise teams in running various aspects of their business. Even better, there are specific teams whose sole purpose is to ensure the success of new franchises within their first and second years on board.

Innovation in the moving industry

To continue the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® growth trend, innovation and technology in the industry is a must. As a brand, we continue to research and invest in what can be done to make serving our customers an even better and efficient experience. Additionally, several other innovative technologies stand out in our system, including our own, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® developed estimating system, which our CSRs use when creating customer estimates and booking moves. This technology, paired with mobile tablets for our movers and drivers, ensure customers have a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Through new services such as ValueFlex, an affordable and alternative long-distance moving option from our expedited long-distance service, and portable storage, we continue to expand our offerings to fit our customers’ moving and storage needs.  

For customers calling to book a move, we’ve made the process a little easier with developing our own customer relationship center. Customer service representatives are available after normal business hours to answer questions and book moves, allowing our customers to call after their 9 to 5 and conveniently get on the move schedule.

Each member of this dedicated team puts their heart and soul into moving people forward, each and every day. Living the core values, the leadership team exemplifies giving back to the community, both personally and professionally, through volunteering and serving on non-profit boards.

Jeff Wesley, CEO


Jeff joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc. as chief financial officer in 2008. In his current role, he continues to oversee several departments and areas including accounting and finance, human resources, franchise development, marketing, legal and compliance, national accounts, and the customer relationship center. Jeff has played an integral role in the expansion and growth of the company in which it has achieved more than five years of consecutive months of record growth and expansion. His experience in finance, management, and project coordination, combined with his background in accounting and the private sector have provided valuable experience and a track record of success in helping to build the company achieve an aggressive vision.

Brant Hartle, CFO


Brant Hartle became the CFO of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/International, Inc. in November of 2016. Prior to joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Hartle was a management consultant for the Doctors Company in Napa, California. From 2000 to 2016, he was the CFO of SCW Agency Group, Inc., a multi-state insurance agency that specialized in professional liability insurance for physicians, which was purchased by Doctors Company in April of 2015. Prior to this position, Hartle worked for two Michigan public accounting firms for seven years as a CPA in the role of audit manager. In his current role as CFO, he oversees all things involving accounting and finance, with a heavy focus on financial performance for the system. 

Randy Shacka, President

Randy Shacka - TWO MEN AND A TRUCK President

Randy got his start at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® corporate office in 2002 as an intern in the marketing department while finishing his degree in engineering at Michigan State University. Over the years Randy has had vast experience in running a franchise location, and in several roles at the corporate office including franchise development specialist, director of operations, chief development officer, and chief operating officer. Randy took over the reins at president August 2012, a position formerly held by CEO Brig Sorber. This change marked the first time in company history someone outside of the founding family has held the role. 

Jon Nobis, COO


Jon joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc. as Chief Information Officer March 2011 and in July 2013, took the role of Chief Operating Officer. In his current role, he continues to oversee the IT department and also manages the operations department. Jon has played an integral role in developing and deploying new technologies that have helped the company achieve more than 50 consecutive months of record growth. His experience in technology consulting and project management, combined with his background in accounting and security provide him unique perspective on how to build the company to achieve an aggressive vision.

Training to keep you up-to-speed

We know franchise teams can learn from both corporate subject matter experts as well as successful peers. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has developed several training opportunities for franchisees and their teams such as an annual company meeting and awards gala, annual frontline staff meeting, classroom-style training classes, online-based training programs, and real-time training webinars. Many of these opportunities feature segments where you can hear from franchisees to learn best practices directly from the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system. Additionally, when you join the system as a new franchisee, you’ll join other new franchisees at the corporate office to attend a week-long class, Gearing Up, so you can learn the ins and outs of building your successful business. Additionally, as you get to work, you’ll have support teams in all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, accounting/bookkeeping, human resources, and IT.
