“It is always such an honor to be recognized by FBR and for the culture of our brand is a really significant recognition,” said Franchise Compliance Director Pam Batten. “We strive to ensure our brand culture is strong, not only between franchisee and franchisor, but with our employee culture at our corporate office as well. We also know how hard our franchisees work to build that same culture with their employees and couldn’t be prouder of the work they’re doing.”
