Independent survey shows female franchise owners are highly satisfied with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s performance.

For the fourth year in a row, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has been recognized by Franchise Business Review as a 2025 Top Franchise for Women. Only 100 brands were named to the annual list of award winners.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.

-Core values scored an excellent ranking, and its subcategories of trust, respect, honesty, integrity, and care about my success all received excellent rankings as well.

-The leadership category ranked very good, with subcategories like team culture scoring an excellent ranking and clear vision, involving franchisees, and effective in driving ranked very well.

-Owner enjoyment scored 88 while owner validation ranked at 92.
