Alicia and Pedro

Alicia has been around the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise her entire life, as her dad and uncle were the original “two men.” As a little girl, she fondly remembers the company being run out of her home.

Alicia Sorber Gallegos always dreamed of owning her own business. Growing up, she saw the traditional 9 to 5 jobs as tedious and much too regimented. Her involvement with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® started when she graduated from college and became the marketing manager for 11 franchises in the Chicago area. In 2012, Alicia and her husband, Pedro, decided it was time to take on a franchise opportunity with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. While working through the franchise development program, they packed up and moved across the country, opening their first TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in San Diego, California.

Alicia works on the sales and marketing side of the business, and Pedro, who received his master's degree in business administration from Michigan State University and worked in the finance industry at KPMG in Chicago, focuses on operations and finance. Over the past two years, Alicia and Pedro have enjoyed exponential growth at their TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location and have expanded their portfolio with a location in Northern San Diego. By creating a strategic-partnership with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team, Alicia and Pedro were able to accomplish their goals both personally and professionally.
